    This page explains what makata.tv collects, why, and how you can say no. It is written to be read, not to be scrolled past.

    Who is responsible

    Makata Studio SAS, Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia, operates this website. For anything related to your data, write to marketing@makata.tv.

    What we collect and why

    Contact form. When you write to us through the form, we receive what you type - your name, email address, company and message, and an appointment slot if you book one. We use it to answer you and to keep track of the conversation. It is stored in HubSpot, our CRM, and in our mailbox.

    Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) tells us which pages are visited, from which country and device, and how visitors arrived. We use this to understand what works on the site. Google may process this data in the United States.

    Marketing. With your consent, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag let us measure whether people who saw our posts or ads later visited the site, and reach them again on those platforms. Without your consent, none of these tags load.

    Technical logs. Our hosting provider, Framer, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) for security and to serve the site. The 3D scene on the home page is served from Vercel and portfolio videos from Amazon S3; loading them sends your IP address to those providers, like any web resource.

    Cookies

    Strictly necessary. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask you on every page. No consent is needed for this.

    Analytics and marketing. Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag set cookies only after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time from the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and cookies you have already accepted can be deleted in your browser.

    How long we keep data

    Contact-form messages stay in our CRM for as long as we are in touch, and for three years after our last exchange. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Consent choices are kept for 6 months before we ask again.

    Your rights

    If you are in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another place with similar rules, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to marketing@makata.tv; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority - in France, the CNIL.
