Makata is a ten-person studio in Envigado, Colombia. We work side-by-side with founders and their teams in the United States, France and beyond, taking bold ideas from first sketch to shipped product.
What we believe
Bold ideas deserve bold execution. A brand, a product and its 3D world should be built by the same hands, so nothing gets lost in the handoff. And small, senior teams ship better work than large ones - which is why we stay small.

Everything we make is designed and built in-house by the same people, so the brand, the product and the 3D world speak the same language.

Founders and product teams from pre-seed to Series B: fintech, consumer apps, SaaS and gaming. Some of the names: Kard, Back Market and Omada in France; Honk, Family and Vybe in the United States; Cosmos in London; and a few we cannot talk about yet.

Colombia runs on UTC-5 - the same clock as New York for most of the year, and a full morning of overlap with Paris. Reviews happen in your working day, not ours.
